Our tour features nearly 36 regional endemic bird species, endemic to Guatemala and neighboring countries.

Besides spectacular birding, Tikal National Park offers a chance to see about sixty additional bird species and a chance to walk through the monuments of the ancient Mayan civilization (4th century BC).

Horned Guan, Goldman's Warbler, White-bellied Chachalaca, Highland Guan, Ocellated Turkey, Pacific Parakeet, Fulvous Owl, Blue-throated Motmot, Belted Flycatcher, Long-tailed Manakin, Bushy-crested Jay, Azure-hooded Jay, Black-throated Jay, Black-capped Swallow, Rufous-browed Wren, Rufous-collared Robin, Blue-and-white Mockingbird, Pink-headed Warbler, Azure-rumped Tanager, Bar-winged Oriole and Gray-throated Chat.
Mammals
White-nosed Coati, Spotted Skunk, Collared Peccary, Yucatán Black Howler, Kinkajou, Long-tailed Weasel, Northern Raccoon, White-tailed Deer, Central American Spider Monkey, Gray Fox.
