Arturo is widely recognized for his expertise in Caribbean birding. He has been guiding in Cuba for over twenty years, leading over two hundred birding tours. He is recognized by many birders as the leading authority on Cuban birds. He is the co-author of two books, including A Field Guide to the Birds of Cuba and A Birdwatchers’ Guide to Cuba, Jamaica, Hispaniola, Puerto Rico and the Caymans.

Ann Haynes-Sutton
Dr. Haynes-Sutton has been studying birds, ecology and conservation in Jamaica for more than thirty years. She lives in Jamaica at her own research and eco-tourism hub, Marshall’s Pen. She is the lead author of "A Photographic Guide to the Birds of Jamaica" published by the Princeton University Press.
She continues to carry out her own research on Jamaican birds and seabirds, and she consults as a conservation ecologist on protected areas, ecological assessments, conservation education and ecotourism.
